Acocunt Management Assistant (Internship)

  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City, On-site

  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
  • Occasional Overtime: Only during event periods
  • Start Time: As soon as possible

We are looking for a Intern to support brand campaigns and event execution in the Vietnam and Southeast Asia markets. You’ll work closely with a cross-border team and gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, supplier sourcing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1\ Campaign & Project Execution:

  • Lead small campaign tasks or mini-projects with ownership
  • Coordinate resources: work with internal team, suppliers, venues
  • Assist in making creative proposals, writing basic copy, or building presentation decks
  • Handle vendor communication, venue visits, cost negotiations
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and formats are clear and well-organized

2\ Sourcing & Supplier Management:

  • Search for local suppliers, venues, or materials based on project needs
  • Communicate with vendors for quotes and follow-ups
  • Organize sourcing information into structured Excel/Notion tables for internal use
  • Help compare pricing, quality, and suitability, then report to team for final decisions

Requirements:

  • Able to use English or Chinese as a working language
  • Responsible, proactive, and not afraid to solve problems
  • Have strong ownership of tasks: you follow through, manage timelines, and communicate clearly
  • Detail-oriented, logical thinker with good work habits (clean data/doc formatting, minimal rework)
  • Curious about branding, marketing, content, and events
  • Bonus if you’ve ever coordinated student projects, clubs, or campus events
