BlueMedia Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Specialist to support our legal operations and internal compliance framework. This role will be responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to legal regulations, managing contract integrity, and minimizing risk across all business activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong legal foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review service, collaboration, and event-related agreements
• Provide legal advisory and risk assessment for business activities
• Manage compliance with labor, corporate, and service-related regulations
• Oversee legal procedures for foreign employees and corporate licensing
• Develop internal policies and ensure company-wide compliance

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of legal principles and compliance management
• Experience in both regulatory and legal compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field
• Prior experience in marketing, media, or communications industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English; know Chinese is a plus
