II/ Position Objective

• Ensure the company adheres to all legal regulations, manages contract integrity, and minimizes risk across all business activities.

III/ Position responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and legality of all company contracts, business agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Provide prompt legal advisory to departments regarding legal risks in sales, procurement, and collaboration transactions to ensure safe business operations.
• Review advertising content and KOL/KOC campaigns on platforms (TikTok, Meta) to ensure absolute compliance with the Advertising Law, Cybersecurity Law, and other relevant regulations of the Vietnamese Government.
• Support the Finance and Operations Teams in establishing Internal Control (IC) procedures related to Contracts, Spending, and Payments to prevent fraud and errors in financial management.
• Oversee the execution of legal procedures related to foreign employees and corporate licensing (e.g., business and sub-licenses).
• Periodically organize practical legal training sessions for departments on the latest legislative changes, ensuring knowledge is communicated simply and easily applicable to business operations.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop, update, and implement necessary internal company policies.

IV/ Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in corporate legal/in-house legal.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the Marketing, Media, Digital Advertising, or E-commerce industries.
• Strong command of the Vietnamese Enterprise Law and Labor Law, with specialized knowledge of the Advertising Law, Cybersecurity Law, and regulations on intellectual property/content copyright.
• Proven ability to conduct sharp risk analysis and provide practical, high-utility solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and knowledge transfer skills.
• Good command of English (all skills); knowing Chinese is a plus.
