What You'll Do:
As our E-commerce Live Streaming Operation & Management, you will be the driving force behind our live streaming success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead Live Streaming Strategy & Execution: Oversee all aspects of our e-commerce live streaming business in Vietnam, from strategic planning to flawless execution across platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
- Achieve Ambitious GMV Targets: Take full responsibility for setting and achieving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, developing innovative strategies to drive consistent growth and maximize revenue.
- Optimize Performance & ROI: Continuously analyze live streaming performance data, refine traffic acquisition strategies, and enhance product conversion tactics to improve ROI and boost GMV.
- Develop Engaging Content: Design compelling product selections, content plans, and scripts tailored to Vietnamese consumer habits and platform features. You'll ensure our live streams are not just sales channels, but engaging experiences.
- Lead & Empower Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing live streaming team, including hosts, studio operators, and content planners. Foster continuous skill development and drive peak performance.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams (IMC, KOL partnerships, advertising, brand partners, supply chain, marketing) to ensure seamless coordination of live streaming schedules, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Build Platform Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok to secure resources, enhance exposure, and maximize conversion rates for our live streaming sessions.
- Innovate & Stay Ahead: Continuously monitor the latest trends in Vietnam's e-commerce and live streaming landscape. Study competitor strategies and explore innovative approaches to strengthen our brand competitiveness and expand market share
What We Need:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce live streaming (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
- Data analysis skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through live streaming.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire a team.
- Deep insight into Vietnam market and consumer behavior. Experience with KOLs/influencers is a plus.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese.
