Media Executive (Partnership Team)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support client advertising accounts, ensuring smooth operations and effective campaign performance.
  • Provide consultation on media strategy, recommending the most suitable platforms (e.g., TikTok, Google, Meta, Zalo, Yandex, Cốc Cốc) for client products.
  • Develop and present media plans aligned with client objectives and budgets.
  • Identify client needs and drive upsell or cross-platform opportunities to maximize business growth.
  • Understand and apply different media platforms’ buying methods and optimization strategies to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, partnerships, operations) to deliver excellent client service.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and optimization recommendations for clients.
  • Act as the key contact with Ads platform's official team (e.g., TikTok, Google, Meta, Zalo, Yandex, Cốc Cốc) to acquire the latest advertising resources, policies, and campaign updates.
  • Manage advertising resource applications (e.g., homepage placements, brand challenges, in-feed resources), including scheduling and pricing coordination.
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure smooth execution of advertising resources, maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain the Ads platforms resource database; create standardized media inventory lists and pricing sheets.
  • Support internal teams (strategy, media buying, client service) by providing insights into Ads platforms policies and available resources, offering solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource execution, collect feedback, and deliver regular summary and review reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in digital media buying or advertising operations.
  • Solid knowledge of major advertising platforms (TikTok, Google, Meta, Zalo, Cốc Cốc, Yandex etc.), including campaign setup and optimization methods.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the latest advertising products and solutions from media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to consult and persuade clients.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • English communication ability is required.
  • Basic Chinese communication ability is preferred.
