Key Responsibilities
Talent Hunting
- Manage full cycle hiring for advertising roles (Sales, Optimizer, Account Managers, …)
- Develop local talent pipelines via VietnamWorks, ITviec, and creative community events
Market Expertise
- Provide insights on salary benchmarks in VN ad industry
- Adapt global hiring processes to Vietnam's labor culture
Candidate Experience: Conduct bilingual interviews (English/Vietnamese)
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language
Nice-to-Have
- Be able to speak Chinese
- Experience with programmatic hiring for high-volume roles
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor contracts
