Key Responsibilities

Talent Hunting

• Manage full cycle hiring for advertising roles (Sales, Optimizer, Account Managers, …)
• Develop local talent pipelines via VietnamWorks, ITviec, and creative community events

Market Expertise

• Provide insights on salary benchmarks in VN ad industry
• Adapt global hiring processes to Vietnam's labor culture

Candidate Experience: Conduct bilingual interviews (English/Vietnamese)

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language

Nice-to-Have

• Be able to speak Chinese
• Experience with programmatic hiring for high-volume roles
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor contracts
