Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem and can proactively acquire eCommerce clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential TikTok Shop sellers, consulting them on how to grow via TikTok’s native tools, and offering BlueMedia’s full-service TikTok marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach TikTok Shop sellers and eCommerce brands across categories (Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, etc.).

Understand sellers’ needs and recommend suitable TikTok solutions: KOL campaigns, livestream support, content production, TikTok Ads, and growth strategy.

Maintain a strong pipeline of TikTok Shop leads and close deals efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored proposals and onboarding plans.

Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, seller challenges, and opportunities.

Build long-term partnerships and grow accounts over time.

Meet or exceed monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, TikTok operations, or client-facing roles at a digital agency or eCommerce company.

Experience working with or selling to TikTok Shop sellers is a major plus.

Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including creator marketing, livestream, and TikTok Ads.

Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Highly proactive, confident, and target-driven.

Fluent in Vietnamese; English is a bonus.
