Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end production of short-form video content for TikTok and Facebook, optimized for engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native videos aligned with brand goals and social media trends.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics (CTR, watch time, engagement rate, etc.) and apply A/B testing to improve results.
- Stay on top of platform algorithm updates, trending sounds, and formats, especially on TikTok and Facebook Reels, to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Create viral, audience-first content that combines current trends with brand messaging to drive organic and paid performance.
- Work closely with marketing, media buying, and creative teams to develop thumb-stopping video assets for paid ad campaigns and branded content.
- Repurpose high-performing content into various formats for cross-platform use.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience producing short-form video content, especially for TikTok and Facebook Reels.
- Proficient with mobile and desktop video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese digital audience behavior, meme culture, and TikTok-native storytelling styles.
- Strong skills in trend research, viral content creation, and adapting scripts to platform nuances.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate content analytics into creative improvements.
- Basic understanding of financial or trading topics is a plus—ability to simplify complex ideas for mainstream audiences is highly valued.
- Collaborative and proactive communicator, comfortable working across teams.
- Good command of English (Chinese is a plus).
