Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a Mid/Senior Sales who will be fully dedicated to client acquisition and business growth. Your mission is to hunt for new clients, bring them on board, and hand over to the support team for execution and account management. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about networking and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the digital marketing field (Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, KOL booking, e-commerce sellers, brands, agencies…).

Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.

Present and pitch digital solutions tailored to client needs.

Negotiate and close deals with clients at different business levels.

Collaborate with the account/operation team to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.

Maintain updated sales reports, pipeline, and provide market insights to management.
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in Digital Sales /Media Agency/ E-commerce Platform

Outgoing personality, highly motivated, and comfortable with client-facing activities.

Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Good command of English is required (Chinese is a plus).

Existing client network in the digital/advertising industry is a strong advantage.
